Terms of Service

Glyphio ("the Service") is an AI-powered app icon generation service. By submitting a form and completing payment via Stripe, users receive a downloadable ZIP of iOS and macOS icon sets.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be able to make payments via Stripe using a valid credit card or other accepted method
• Be 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent
• Agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy

• New icon generation: $2 per generation
• Restyle (same app, different style): $1 per generation
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• All prices are in USD

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final once payment is complete. If a technical failure prevents delivery of your icon set, please contact us and we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis.

Regarding ownership of AI-generated icon images:

• You may use generated icons for commercial and non-commercial purposes
• Copyright attribution for AI-generated outputs is subject to applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Do not use the Service to infringe on third-party trademarks or intellectual property rights

• Using the Service to generate illegal content
• Generating content that infringes third-party rights
• Unauthorized access or interference with the Service's systems
• Reselling or redistributing the Service

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee quality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, including approval by App Store or Google Play review processes.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
